Prof. Dr. med. Sebastian Olbrich is a leading expert in psychiatry and neurophysiology, specializing in EEG-based biomarkers and their application in precision psychiatry. He is the Chief of Center for Depression, Anxiety Disorders and Psychotherapy of the University Hospital Zurich. He is also head of the research group “Electrophysiology and Prediction in Psychiatry” and a Lecturer who dedicated his scientific efforts to the search for EEG-biomarkers in mental disorders. He is president of the International Pharmaco EEG Society (IPEG) and a member of the Board of Directors for the Swiss Society for Interventional Psychiatry (SSIP).
